Introduction
Most of the animals of the size of the skunks can jump. Skunks can also jump comfortably. Jumping is common to skunks. It's hard for skunks to survive without jumping. In most of their experiences, they are forced to jump is some situations. Since skunks are poor climbers of trees of any other thing, they have perfected in jumping and they are good at it.

Why skunks jump.

- While searching for food the skunks may follow the smell from where it is coming from even if it means jumping over the fence or any other place the skunks will have to jump to make that possible
- When they are holes are on tree trunks they have to jump to get to their homes, in this case, the holes are not very high.
The physical appearance that makes a skunk a jumper.
The physical appearance of the skunk has no specific features that can make it a good jumper. But it can jump due to the small weight. Skunk is a small animal of the weight of around six kilograms. It is of the same size as a cat. The little weight makes it easy to jump even though not very high.

Skunks can jump; they can even hop from one tree branch to another. So it is not a surprise to see a skunk in your compound that you have fenced very well. They can hop from one structure to another. This makes them among the animals that can jump too.
